What makes Evexia Gluten Free? My Penne and Tortelloni products have been made using the finest corn and rice flour while the Fusilli is made from the finest ground chickpeas.

The fillings for both the Tortelloni products are made using gluten free breadcrumbs.

Are Evexia products suitable for Vegans? The Chickpea Fusilli and Penne are suitable for Vegans.

Are Evexia products suitable for Vegetarian? Yes, all of my products are suitable for Vegetarians.


Do Evexia products contain egg? The Chickpea Fusilli and Penne are both Egg Free, while the two Tortelloni products have been made using Free Range Egg.

How to cook Evexia products? All of my products are fresh pasta meaning they take just minutes to cook!

For the Gluten Free Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni and the Gluten Free Tomato & Mozzarella Tortelloni simply simmer for 1 minute in a pan of lightly salted water. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce.

The Chickepea Fusilli is simply boiled in lightly salted water for 3 minutes while the Penne is for 4 minutes. Drain and serve them with your favourite sauce.
